Papermakers can improve production in many different ways. But equipment reliability improvements is (arguably) the last standing resort to improve production output without any capital investment. This session will describe the financial benefits seen by improved equipment reliability. It will also discuss the major stepping stones to implement improved reliability in your mill. Reliability improvements must be a joint effort by operations, maintenance, stores and engineering. This presentation will describe each department's role in the ventures. |
